Sanders Sound & Picture is a UK-based company, who specialises in writing children's books and composing music. This website allows readers and listeners to find information about our books, our music, our products, to contact us, and to sign up for our newsletters or updates.

We do not take card payments on our site. All payments that you make are taken through the preferred online retailer of your choosing, and then the royalties are transferred to us via BACS.

 

For commissions we only accept BACS (unless we interact with you outside of the internet, in that case we also take cash and cheque), which you can pay to us through the information provided by us on our invoices, once we have completed the work for you. This means that we do not store any of your personal financial information, unless you have invoiced us for work we have requested from you, or in the case you have requested a refund for our services.​​​

3. Why do we collect this data?

We collect your personal information when you contact us via email and phone call, so that we can provide the best and the most accurate service to your request, whatever that maybe.

 

​The only reasons for us to ask you for your personal information are to provide our services and obligations to you, and to comply with legal requirements and regulations.​​​​

We use your personal information for our own record keeping, to update your personal information in our records, and to send you relevant information regarding any requests you have made to us. We will also use your information to improve our services, and to comply with legal obligations.
